Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: Since we deal in digital products (software license keys & subscriptions), refund eligibility is limited. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Cancellation Before Delivery

If your order has not yet been processed or the license key has not been delivered, you may request cancellation by emailing us. We will issue a full refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

2. Refund for Delivered Products

Once a license key has been delivered and activated, refunds are generally not available because:

  • Digital keys cannot be "returned" once revealed
  • Activation ties the key to your account with the software vendor

3. Exceptions — When Refunds Are Applicable

We will issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Invalid or non-working key: If the key does not activate and our support team confirms it is defective
  • Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice
  • Wrong product delivered: If we deliver a product different from what you ordered
  • Non-delivery: If the product is not delivered within the stated timeframe and we are unable to fulfil the order

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@zingoor.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Screenshot of any error (if applicable)

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

6. Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based products (e.g., annual software plans), cancellations mid-term do not qualify for pro-rated refunds unless explicitly stated in the product listing. Contact us before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
