Do you allow Exchange?
Yes, we do. However;
a) The Product and the Tag must be intact. If the Product or the Tag is found damaged or missing in any manner then the exchange will be rejected.
b) And the courier charges to and fro needs to be borne by the customer.
Do you allow Return / Refund / Cancellation?
No, we do not.
Why do you not allow Returns / Refund / Cancellations?
In the past, we have seen some customers exploiting such facilities on false grounds. It is too difficult to monitor or check the reasons therefore we do not allow Return / Refund / Cancellation. Instead, we request you to write to us using the contact form and ask us as many queries as you want before buying. We will be more than happy to assist you.
